To delete a student submission navigate the course that has the assignment you want to delete. Then go to gradebook section then the Students section.
1- Click the student that you want to delete his/her submission.
2- Find the assignment for deletion and click on it.
3- Lastly, click the three dots on the right side of the page and click 'delete attempt' as shown in the picture below.
