For some technical problems in EdX, it is necessary to message edX's technical team. The platform has a support team to provide 24/7 support to its users.
Follow the steps below to reach the support team.
1- Click on the help section next to your username in the upper right corner of the Dashboard section.
2- Click on the help section in the lower right corner.
3- Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to info@edx.org mail address.
When creating a support ticket, be sure to describe your issue as clearly and precisely as possible. You can also add screenshots or other documentation related to your question to help support better understand your issue.
