You may already know how to view your grades in Blackboard, but did you know that you can also read the specific feedback and comments your instructor leaves on your assignments? Checking this valuable feedback is just as quick and easy as viewing your overall grades!
1- Log in to Blackboard
2- Click Courses in the left menu.

3- Click on the name of your course.
4- Click Gradebook in the top menu.

5- This page displays all of your graded items for the course. From here, simply click the View button next to an assignment grade to read your instructor's feedback.

6- This will open your most recent submission (if you submitted multiple attempts). You can then find your instructor’s comments on the left-hand side of the screen under the Feedback for student section.

NOTE: Assignments completed outside of Blackboard—or manual grade columns created by your instructor—can be found in this same location. However, because there are no online submissions attached to them, there won't be an attempt preview page to view.

NOTE: Finally, if you ever don’t see feedback that you believe should be available, don’t hesitate to reach out to your instructor!
